I've had a couple of surgeries before and was always satisfied, but my recent procedure for implant removal and uplift has resulted in awful outcomes. My nipples sit way too high for any bra to cover, and my right breast is so tight it’s almost pulled up to my armpit. Tamara had promised me a revision surgery once Covid restrictions were lifted, but then she went on maternity leave. After that, Debbie took over and also assured me of a revision. Now, I’m getting no replies at all. I’ve even emailed the new address they provided, but still nothing. My initial surgery was highlighted in a magazine, and I was thrilled with the results back then, but what I’m dealing with now feels like a total nightmare. Since I’m being ignored, I suppose I’ll have to reach out to the magazine that featured my story and let them know about this unfortunate situation.

I recently underwent a partial knee replacement, and it was done flawlessly by Mr. Mark Dunbar just a week back. The physiotherapist had me up and moving in less than a day. Once I got home, I kept up with the exercises, and now I'm walking around without any aids. The pain has disappeared, and I feel fantastic! The hospital staff were amazing and took excellent care of me. I'm excited about what lies ahead!

Overall, my journey has been pretty good, starting from my first chat with Chris to my follow-up with nutritionist Jane. The one downside I faced was getting discharged from the hospital with pills instead of the liquid meds I needed. This contradicted all the info I had received prior to my surgery. Because of this mix-up, I couldn’t take my pain relief, stomach protector, and anti-nausea meds since I couldn’t swallow the tablets. It was really tough, and I felt quite anxious and uncomfortable for a few days after the operation. I did bring this up with my nurse at discharge, but she insisted that it was what the surgeon had ordered. The problem was only sorted out when my nutritionist called for my post-op check and informed me that there had been an error. My recovery was held up as I had to reach out to my GP to get the soluble meds sorted. Thankfully, things have been gradually improving since then.

The service was exceptional from the moment I reached out to Chris Markey. Everything has been fantastic and truly life-altering; my new hip has made a huge difference. Chris took care of all the arrangements and kept in touch throughout the process.

The hospital group performed my breast augmentation and used PIP implants without informing me. I’ve just found out that they’ve ruptured, and I’ve tried multiple times to reach out to this company for guidance and estimates to repair the issue, but I haven’t heard back at all. It feels like no one cares about fixing their blunder. Now, I’m left with no option but to find another clinic to handle this. I definitely wouldn’t recommend this company. I’m really let down by my decision to let the hospital group handle my breast augmentation.

From the moment I walked into the ward until I left, every staff member was outstanding.
